BOSTON, MA - The Stepping Stones Group (Stepping Stones), a premier, national provider of therapeutic, behavioral, autism, nursing, and educational services to children in school, home and community settings, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Ed Sped Solutions, a provider of therapeutic and behavior services to schools, community and in home in the greater San Jose area.
Established in 2018, Ed Sped Solutions was co-founded by Shalini Verma and Nadia Ramirez and is headquartered in Fremont, California. Shalini will assume the role of Director of Client Services reporting directly to Anthony Rintala, President and COO of the K-12 practice. Nadia will assume the role of Director of Support Services and report to Shalini.
