Community Autism Services Expands to New Location in Springfield, MA

BOSTON, Feb. 6, 2023 - Community Autism Services is proud to announce the grand opening of a second autism learning center in Springfield, Massachusetts, dedicated to providing comprehensive, high-quality care for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Located at 110 Maple Street Springfield, MA 01105, the new center is designed to create a comfortable, supportive, and engaging learning environment where children can reach their full potential.

The center includes spacious therapy rooms for both individual and group sessions, sensory gyms, and an outdoor playground set to open in the spring. Each space is thoughtfully designed to foster learning, development, and confidence in children receiving therapy.

Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is committed to delivering personalized, evidence-based treatments tailored to each child’s unique needs. The center’s compassionate team works closely with families to develop goals that enhance a child’s quality of life. By focusing on strengths and preferences, the program encourages meaningful progress in a safe and supportive environment.

The center offers specialized programs for various age groups, including a full-day Early Learners Program for children ages 18 months to 6 years.

Understanding the importance of accessibility, the center is contracted with most major insurance plans and provides bilingual services for Spanish-speaking families. This ensures that more children can receive the vital support they need in an inclusive and welcoming environment.

To celebrate the launch, Community Autism Services is hosting an Open House on Thursday, April 3rd, 2025, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM (ET). The event will provide an opportunity for families, educators, and community members to tour the facility, meet the team, and learn more about available services.

“We are excited to open an additional center in the Springfield community, providing essential services that empower children and their families,” said Jeremy Hastings, President of Community Autism Services. “This expansion is a testament to our commitment to making a meaningful difference, one child at a time.”

Melissa Rosskothen, Regional Clinical Manager, added, “Our goal is to create an environment where children with ASD feel supported and valued. Every element of this center reflects our dedication to their growth and success.”
