Vocabulary & Tongue Twister Challenge

Today, I have two fun challenges for you! Let's put your Spanish vocabulary and pronunciation skills to test.

  • Vocabulary Challenge:

         PARTS OF A VEHICLE

  1. Engine – motor
  2. Wheel – llanta
  3. To accelerate – acelerar
  4. To break – retardarse
  5. Axle – eje
  6. The brakes – los frenos
  7. Hood – cofre
  8. Headlights/taillights  – las luces delanteras/traseras
  9. The horn – el claxon/la vocina
  10. The spare tire – la llanta de repuesto
  11. Windshield – el parabrisas
  12. The wipers – las limpiaparabrisas
  13. The trunk – la cajuela
  14. The rearview mirror – el espejo retrovisor
